Just wanted to let you know that our solar panels were installed this morning I think all went well for the boys and the weather was really quite kind to them. Today with our temperature reaching only about 32 today unlike last week where it was in the HIGH 30's sometimes low 40's.

From the day I rang Dion Rayner of Sales to enquire, I had a site visit to the Atherton Tablelands and discussion about our options within a week. No pushy salesman techniques, purely service and advice provided.
Then as agreed, when we were ready to re-visit the position some 5 months later towards the end of 2012, Dion's prompt follow up also let us know of a proposed govt. change to the REC credits scheme and what this would mean for us. Prior to this change taking effect plus competition being fierce in the industry, however more-so being able to talk through our concerns with Dion, gave us a most competitive price.
The Install team of Brendan and Saxon were awesome with their friendly & helpful nature whilst carrying out their work and furthermore quick and clean work practices. Even a couple of extras thrown in to upgrade our electricity box too. Cheers boys.

I had been trying to get a solar system on my pre cyclone home for over five years – it wasn’t until I met John at Infinity Solar that felt confident enough to make the final steps. I did have high requirements - firstly I only wanted a proven high quality product, it had to comply with NT building and safety legislation and I wanted a fair contract and a manageable payment scheme. I figured the value of my investment and the length of time I would have the system I wanted the best. Infinitely Solar met all my requirements – they completed the work as specified, did a beautiful job installing the panels, the cabling and power meter and the contract and information paperwork was easy to understand. I recently learnt why price should not be the main motivator when purchasing a solar power system and why Infinity Solar is my choice.
In 2010 I was looking to install a standalone solar power system for a rural property that I had recently purchased. After many months of research and countless phone calls to companies around Australia I came across a great company by the name of Infinity Solar. Adrian Decarli and his team designed me a 5KW battery back-up system and took the time to explain how the system would work, the rebates I would receive and why they believed that the components they recommended were the best to use.
Adrian’s team installed this system at my property in early 2011. The installers were fantastic and even offered to update the power board and install a few power points to get us going. And the system has not missed a beat since!
After this experience I caught the ‘Solar Power Bug’ and decided to look at installing a feed-in system at my principle place of residence as well. Naturally I spoke to Adrian first to see what deal he could give me. He designed a 5KW feed in system for my house and also a smaller system for my Dad’s place. The price was good and the components were from reputable suppliers however I decided to get some quotes from a few other solar companies just to check I was getting a good deal. This is where I went wrong.
One of the other companies I spoke to dazzled me with their slick marketing presentation and offered me a price that was several thousand dollars less than what Infinity Solar could match. So I went with them because they were cheaper. And yes you guessed it - less than 12 months later this other company were out of business and I was left with a faulty inverter with a warranty that was not worth the paper it was written on.
So with my tail between my legs, I called Adrian once more to see if he could dig me out of the mess I had created. And of course he did! There is a good reason why Adrian and his team are still in business and that is a good reason to go with them.

Infinity Solar installed a 5.61kW system for us in February 2012. When we began researching solar systems and talking to some of the companies, the information we got from Adrian Decarli of Infinity Solar was much more helpful and complete. We appreciated that Adrian came to the house and spent time explaining PV systems, different options and the advantages of a large solar system over the smaller one we initially thought to purchase.

The installation of our chosen system went very smoothly and was professionally done.

At this point we have had two electricity 'accounts' (not bills!) generated and have been very happy with the credit produced by our system. It has been an excellent investment for us and will generate extra useful (tax free!) income for years to come.

I had the pleasure of having Infinity Solar install my home PV system in September 2012.
It was reassuring that Infinity Solar was involved in major installation contracts, and in particular were using premium products in a highly competitive market.
I made my initial enquiries during the solar rebates rush, and Peter Saunders (sale manager) was helpful, informative, and patient with my questions. He used satellite imagery to demonstrate the positioning of my house, and projected roof surface area required for the installation. Despite the rebate rush and the ensuing huge demand for installations, his team were able to book the installation only 8 week later - I expected a much longer wait.
The installation team (Mark and Ray) were courteous and professional. Installation took only 1.5 days taking in consideration that I have a difficult install due to a tall house with no easy access to the roof. The internal components were installed in a convenient location with minimal visible cabling . The panels had minimal impact on the building aesthetics. I was extremely pleased with their quality of workmanship.
The product installed is a 5kW system using Trina solar panels. During a 24 hour period in mid-Sept 2012, it produced on average 30kWh/day, which is 10kWh more than we use. Come summer, we hope this will dramatically increase.
I am happy to recommend Infinity Solar to anyone considering a solar installation.

I wish to inform you how pleased I am having Infinity Solar Cairns provide the Solar Array System to me, right from the outset my negotiations with you have been productive and hassle free, you have answered all my queries, provided evidence to support your claims and nothing was ever to much for you, you were professional, always accessible on the phone and on email and always returned my calls, for that I want to say “Thank You”.

I would like to make a special mention to the installation team that came up from Brisbane to do the installation on the 1st June 2012, as you know I was very nervous about getting Solar Panels fitted on my roof as I have roof tiles and this concerned me as I know how difficult it can be compared to a corrugated iron roof. The team that did the installation were Andrew Lyall, Greg Hutcheson and Steve Blundell, they arrived on time , were polite and professional and carried out their work to a high standard, the installation was a difficult one with lots of drilling and anchor bolts having to be fitted through the tiles into the batons below, any damage to the tiles was kept to a minimum with only one tile needing replacing which may have had a pre existing fault in it.

When Ergon came to do their final connection and inspection, they made special reference to how neat the Inverter and switches were mounted on the wall and stated that it was very professionally set out compared to some other installers they had inspected in the past, I believe Steve Blundell was the installer who did most of the work setting up the inverter under the guidance of Andrew Lyall.
I am a firm believer that people need to be recognised and acknowledged for their work and I have no hesitation in recommending Infinity Solar Cairns and their crews for any awards relevant to their work ethics and high standard of workmanship.

Simon Walsh was our point of contact at your Byron Bay office. He was excellent. He knew his product very well and could answer all my many questions. The electrician, David, who installed our system was also very professional. He took the time to help figure out the best alignment and then did a very efficient and neat job. Including cleaning up after himself. All in all, the whole process was a positive experience.

Several months ago Infinity Solar installed a 1kW system in our home at Burpengary, Qld. We were very impressed not only by the professional approach taken by the company, but also by the performance of the installation. As a physicist I was keen to discuss the technical aspects of the system and found that the Infinity representative readily provided all the information I requested. Although it is early days it is apparent that the solar system is going to save us a considerable amount on our electricity expenses. In the five week period since the digital meter was installed we have put a daily average of 2.14 kWh back into the grid. Over that period we have drawn from the grid an average of 12.8 kWh per day. A Cent-a-Meter was installed with our installation and we were surprised by how much we were able to reduce our consumption by turning off appliances that were not essential or were drawing standby current. Turning off computers etc when not required has reduced our consumption by approximately 4 kWh per day. Overall we are very pleased with the installation and have no hesitation in recommending Infinity Solar for the excellent service they provide.

It is not often that I find good reason to express full satisfaction with home improvement work done on my property so it is with considerable enthusiasm that I acknowledge the thorough teamwork associated with the purchase of our 1.7kW solar power system from Infinity Solar. Since commencing operation nearly two months ago the system has performed faultlessly and more than exceeded our expectations and the very conservative claims made for it, even after some weeks of less than favourable weather. However, the most satisfying outcome is that all our previous electricity costs, including off-peak, has been entirely offset by the system output together with generating a surplus that will result in a substantial refund credited to our account each quarter. Of late, my wife and I have become conscious of making a greater effort to contribute to energy conservation. Following  a conversation with friend who had recently installed solar panels, we contacted his supplier and subsequently met Adrian Decarli of Infinity Solar. As we were both complete novices in this area, we relied heavily on Adrian to achieve our goal of electricity savings. His professional approach impressed us greatly. Our goal was to install a system with sufficient power to negate our annual bill of $1800. Installation took place in September 2010.

Our initial account was a mix of both solar and mains power so was not a true indicator, despite a healthy reduction on previous bills. We have only just received our latest account for the grand total of $8.82 for 87 days, despite extra usage of power for air conditioning for winter heating for an expanded family with overseas visitors. We are only too happy to recommend Adrian and his company Infinity Solar to anyone interested in both savings and energy conservation.
