Belinda Fairbank

Belinda is one of our experienced solar specialists who joined the Infinity Solar family after purchasing a 5kW German quality solar system. She has all the local knowledge you need as she has lived in Townsville all her life. Being a multi talent, she was a public servant for 8 years but enjoyed being a mum with a part time position in music teaching after that. She then returned to fulltime employment in a communication technical support position to gather experience in another sector of work life.
Belinda and her family live on a small rural property, are passionate about renewable energy and sustainable living, and enjoy the local community atmosphere of Townsville.

Daniel McCarron

Daniel is one of our young and enthusiastic staff in Townsville. Being a local and knowledgeable Northern Queenslander, he has been in the solar industry for the past 2 years, before that he enjoyed working in the Tile industry for 12 years. The passion for his job is shared with the love for his family; therefore, he understands the needs of his fellow locals and will be able to help you lower your power costs to enjoy the bright side of live a little bit more.

I recently learnt why price should not be the main motivator when purchasing a solar power system and why Infinity Solar is my choice.
In 2010 I was looking to install a standalone solar power system for a rural property that I had recently purchased. After many months of research and countless phone calls to companies around Australia I came across a great company by the name of Infinity Solar. Adrian Decarli and his team designed me a 5KW battery back-up system and took the time to explain how the system would work, the rebates I would receive and why they believed that the components they recommended were the best to use.
Adrian’s team installed this system at my property in early 2011. The installers were fantastic and even offered to update the power board and install a few power points to get us going. And the system has not missed a beat since!
After this experience I caught the ‘Solar Power Bug’ and decided to look at installing a feed-in system at my principle place of residence as well. Naturally I spoke to Adrian first to see what deal he could give me. He designed a 5KW feed in system for my house and also a smaller system for my Dad’s place. The price was good and the components were from reputable suppliers however I decided to get some quotes from a few other solar companies just to check I was getting a good deal. This is where I went wrong.
One of the other companies I spoke to dazzled me with their slick marketing presentation and offered me a price that was several thousand dollars less than what Infinity Solar could match. So I went with them because they were cheaper. And yes you guessed it - less than 12 months later this other company were out of business and I was left with a faulty inverter with a warranty that was not worth the paper it was written on.
So with my tail between my legs, I called Adrian once more to see if he could dig me out of the mess I had created. And of course he did! There is a good reason why Adrian and his team are still in business and that is a good reason to go with them.

Good morning Brendan, Firstly service; let me say thank you for the very professional level of service from both yourself and your installers. I have been in the service industry for well over 30 years and am very pleased to say your company has excelled in all facets of this project. Secondly, product quality; the quality of your product speaks for itself with the return on my first full account since installation, (Credit of $506). To this the meter reader had also made a comment regarding the amount of power going back to the grid, the meter reader who in turn reported same back to his employer leading to an investigation from Ergon. Ergon sent an electrician out to inspect the installation. I can report that they had found zero faults and that the system was working extremely well. The service/ work performed by your installers was exceptional, please thank your installers for me, (sorry I can`t remember their names). I would be more than willing to pass on my experience with Infinity Solar to other prospective buyers should you wish for me to do so. Once again, great product, great service.
